After releasing Kanbanable on Tuesday night, I've been blown away by the uptake and feedback from this amazing group of supporters and champions. For any other data nerd like me, here are the stats:

In the first ~36 hours, Kanbanable was viewed 1,076 times, and purchased 224 times (20.8% conversion), yielding $207.16 in revenue ($0.92 average price after tips and coupons).

Kanbanble was my first stab at sharing a fix to a problem that's haunted me for years, and it's just proof that the best solutions are designed to solve your own pains. And your feedback has been a fantastic guide as to where to go next. Here's a rough sketch roadmap:

Redesigning Kanbanable for the reMarkable 1 and 2's grayscale displays. I'm committed to ensuring Kanbanable looks and works great on all reMarkable hardware, including optimizing the contrast and legibility for grayscale models.
Reformatting to portrait mode. Some of you have requested a portrait-oriented layout, which I believe will provide a more digital paper-native experience to Kanban'ing. I'm excited to explore this new direction and get your feedback.
Follow the data. Based on the stats above, it appears I need to create some alternate language versions for our Spanish, German, and maybe even French users.
Ongoing feedback and improvements. Your continued input will be invaluable as I work to enhance Kanbanable. Please keep the reviews and suggestions coming - I'm listening!

Following over 200 sales in the first 24 hours, my wife asked, "What else could you make?" But it's not really that simple. The Kanbanable solution didn't exist, which is why it had to be made. On the other hand, there's lots that DOES exist, and we as a community of users don't need another basic grocery list or habits template. So I'm redirecting the question to you: What do you need that simply doesn't exist anywhere else, or doesn't work the way you wish it did? I'd love to hear your thoughts on what else I can build to solve your unique productivity challenges. Please share your ideas, whether it's a new template, feature, or something entirely different.
